Horde-iculture
A downloadable game for Windows
You are a forest sprite in a land that was already ruined long ago... It's time to revive it!
Old structures have been left abandoned across the landscape. Break them down to unearth some of your fellow sprites and add them to your herd. You can break the structures down slowly just by standing next to them, or you can break them down faster by throwing sprites at them.
Watch out for the robots sitting around, they're still on the job! Throw sprites at them to knock them out before they can attack your herd.
If you (or one of your sprites) touch a dead tree, it'll be revived.
Dismantle as many structures as you can, revive as many trees as you can, and cover as much ground as you can before the sun sets!
HOW TO PLAY:
W, A, S, D - Move
Space - Jump
Right Click and Hold - Move camera
Left Click - Throw a sprite (hold Left Click to throw many)

This game was made by me in one month for the Jump Ship Jam, with the theme "Strength in Numbers." This was my first experience with Godot, and I enjoyed it quite a bit! This was an unfortunate month for me to attempt a game jam, so there were a lot of ideas I had that I had to leave unfinished or cut from the game completely.
----
I have since made some minor updates. The original version I submitted to the jam is still available for download, if you're interested. I still consider this game unfinished, but at this time I don't have any clear plans to complete it. Maybe some day if I think of a way to make it more fun. Until then, it was still a fun project, and a great way for me to get acquainted with Godot!
